Eastwood Operations recently held their quarterly town hall meetings to recognize employees who have shown exemplary performance during the 4th quarter of 2012. Loyalty awards were likewise given to those who have been working at MicroSourcing for at least three years.

Rona Rose Almelor was named as the BOS Rockstar for 4th quarter 2012, for always achieving weekly targets and deadlines, hardly any tardiness or absences, as well as for being consistent, friendly, and positive. Rona's client noted that she is very proud of Rona's achievements in this past year and said Rona learned so much that she is an absolute pleasure to work with. She's truly a Rockstar. Congratulations!
Moreover, the I AM BOS AVP was launched during the event. The objective of the activity is for everyone get to know other members of the Team and to promote pride and ownership of what of they do.

Loyalty awards, in the form of gift certificates and MS ballpens, were given to employees who have been with the company for three years. Consolation awards were also given to those who were almost at their third year of service.

The theme of the event was 'Loud and Proud' as a tribute to the fruitful 2012 for the ELS vertical. In line with this, the staff were encouraged to wear their best statement shirts to the event. Awards were given to Joseph Garcia and Cheyenne Zaldarriaga for winning the best statement shirts.
