The company was contacted by a US-based health information solutions provider. They specialize in forming partnerships with various organizations that need help in healthcare data analytics. This client needs about 200 Clinical Abstractors who are responsible for complete diagnostic coding, abstraction of pharmaceutical studies, as well as review of medical records.
When it comes to the financial services segment, MicroSourcing recently signed a contract with a US-based company that deals with processes involving Point of Sale (POS) payment and debit and credit card transactions. The client requires Sales-driven Account Associates who are in charge primarily of converting all phone calls into sales transactions.
