At MicroSourcing, we believe that the private sector has a part to play in addressing social issues in the Philippines. We recognize that our business will only thrive in communities that are equally successful, so it is imperative that we remain engaged in the challenges faced by society. Using a fixed portion of our revenues, we built a CSR arm to ensure we actively fulfill our responsibility to the greater community. Even more importantly, we constantly strive to integrate social value in the way we do business.
We use our expertise in outsourcing to extend job opportunities to disadvantaged youth. In the program, young people gain relevant skills and work experience to help them with full-time employment in the outsourcing sector.
MicroSourcing partners with local organizations to create volunteering opportunities and donation campaigns for education, youth empowerment, and other causes championed by our employees.
In a country prone to natural disasters, MicroSourcing makes it a priority to provide aid and assistance to affected communities through relief goods, supplies, and resources for shelter repair.
