MicroSourcing’s parent company, Probe CX, has recently announced the acquisition of Innovior, a highly regarded specialist automation and AI analytics service provider.
The addition of Innovior’s digital capabilities to the Probe CX group will amplify existing automation and AI analytics. This will elevate MicroSourcing’s outsourcing solutions to help provide even greater customer experiences for our client’s customers. MicroSourcing’s own operations will not be affected as a result of the acquisition.
