Haidee has more than 18 years of experience in management positions within the Philippines BPO and Contact Center industry. Haidee is recognized by her peers for her distinction in service to the local, regional and global industries.

Haidee is well-connected within government, business and socio-civic circles due to her active involvement in initiatives to uplift the practice of people and business management in the Philippines and the BPO industry’s expansion to the countryside.

An alumna of the Harvard Business School, Haidee is a recipient of the “People Manager of the Year” award, presented by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).

Haidee understands the passion, commitment and strength that come from an outsourced team in the Philippines. Haidee is passionate about providing a high level of service to all MicroSourcing clients while maintaining the overall performance of the company.
