Haidee has more than 18 years of management and leadership experience in the Philippine BPO and Contact Center industry, handling local, regional and global roles.
She is well-connected within government, business and academic circles due to her active involvement in initiatives to uplift the practice of people and business management in the Philippines. She also champions countryside expansion and talent development to drive inclusive growth.
Haidee is passionate about showcasing the skills and talents of the diverse Filipino workforce, delivering a high level of service, performance and business outcomes to the company and to all MicroSourcing partners.
An alumna of the Harvard Business School, Haidee is a recipient of the “People Manager of the Year” award, presented by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and is an officer of various socio-civic organizations.


Mikey Dela Peña

Mikey Dela Peña is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. He is recognised for his ability to cultivate value-driven teams and implement a leadership approach that effectively balances the priorities of customers, employees and stakeholders to achieve sustainable results.
As Senior Vice President for People and Partnerships, Mikey leads the People and Partnerships teams, focusing on strengthening client relationships, fostering associate engagement and expanding MicroSourcing's capacity to meet evolving client needs. His extensive background enables him to align services with business objectives, proactively address challenges, identify new opportunities and continue to attract and retain top talent, all while furthering his mission to empower and elevate the Filipino workforce.
Mikey is dedicated to fostering an ecosystem that uplifts the lives of Filipinos across the country, recognising the profound impact the BPO industry has had on his own family and community. This commitment drives his desire to mentor young leaders in the principles of servant leadership, believing in the ripple effect of creating jobs and livelihood opportunities


Sean Baker
Vice President, Sales and Client Solutions
Managing direct and indirect sales efforts to ensure client outsourcing success.
Sean brings more than 20 years of sales and executive management experience to MicroSourcing, growing and scaling emerging and established businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the US.
Before MicroSourcing, Sean worked in business development, marketing and sales executive roles. Since joining MicroSourcing in 2016, Sean continues to work one-on-one with our clients to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies through our Philippines' outsourcing model.
Sean is passionate about helping businesses embrace the benefits that offshoring has to offer. His ability to recognise areas of opportunity within our clients and provide solutions that reduce costs and improve efficiencies, makes Sean a valuable asset to the MicroSourcing sales team.


Katherine "Katsy" Sy
Head of Marketing and Communications
Katherine “Katsy’ will lead the Marketing and Communications functions for both MicroSourcing and Beepo, driving brand strategy, client engagement and growth initiatives.
Katsy brings over 17 years of global leadership experience across marketing, communications, solutioning and sales enablement, with a strong track record in branding, demand generation, digital campaigns and go-to-market strategy.
Passionate about creative empowerment and collaboration, Katsy is committed to developing Filipino talent and building world-class marketing programs that resonate globally, shaping MicroSourcing and Beepo as bigger, bolder, better.


Michael De Asa
Vice President, Technology
Michael is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in the IT sector. He has a proven track record of success in leading and managing global IT teams for large multinational corporations within the BPO, Marketing, and FMCG industries. Prior to his current role, Michael held the position of VP for IT at eClerx Philippines and has also held leadership positions at Alorica, Integreon, and Kimberly Clark. He completed his Ateneo-Regis MBA in November 2023. Outside of work, Michael enjoys watching movies and playing basketball.


Zameer Ahmed Basha
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Zameer oversees the company’s Finance, Commercial Services, Facilities, and Admin Services departments, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
Zameer is a distinguished chartered accountant with 28 years of global experience in financial strategy, governance and organizational controls across North America, Latin America and the APAC region. He is highly skilled in IFRS, treasury management, tax compliance and commercial finance, with a proven track record of enhancing P&L efficiencies.
Throughout his career, Zameer has successfully led mergers and acquisitions and spearheaded finance transformation initiatives at leading organizations, including Foundever and RR Donnelley. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a passionate mentor, dedicated to developing the next generation of finance leaders.


John Joenelle Nudo
Vice President, Shared Services
Joey has 17 years of experience in the BPO industry, 12 of which as a lawyer specializing in corporate, commercial, labor and litigation. He started his legal career in the Department of Justice as a Public Attorney and then moved into private practice as Legal Counsel of Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., one of the largest retail companies in the Philippines.
Joey joined MicroSourcing in 2016 as a Legal Counsel and has since been promoted to his current role as Head of Legal, Regulatory Compliance and Audit. Outside of work, Joey loves anything to do with fitness, wellness and the sun. He also enjoys Spartan races.


Kris Lynne Tinaza
Vice President, Talent Acquisition & People Strategy
Kris has over 17 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner Operations, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services and Talent, Organizational and Leadership Development. Prior to joining MicroSourcing, she worked for one of the world’s biggest BPO companies, growing its footprint in the Philippines from 35 to over 7,000 employees.
In her current role, Kris is accountable for the talent acquisition operations of all Probe Group entities, including MicroSourcing. She is also a certified DISC Behavior Consultant and a proud fur-parent to her two adorable Persian cats - Midnight & Morning.

Over the course of her career, Fatima has successfully scaled businesses through her forward-thinking execution with capacity-building initiatives. She has forged impactful partnerships with local government units and universities across the Philippines to strengthen talent pipelines and prepare the workforce for long-term success.
As Director of Growth and Enablement at MicroSourcing, Fatima leads growth-focused business functions, driving the company’s long-term strategic priorities through scalable solutions, operational excellence and value-driven partnerships.
