HungryHungry is an online food ordering technology platform that helps connect food venues with contactless table ordering, digital menus and delivery services.
The challenge
As a result of launching during the COVID-19 pandemic, HungryHungry experienced exponential growth quickly and required additional support to meet increased client demand.
Our solution
In 2020, HungryHungry engaged MicroSourcing to establish a team of nine outsourced employees across several functions: sales, client services, customer onboarding and data processing. The key focus was to have outsourced employees who were ready to hit the ground running and could keep up with the intensity of growth HungryHungry was experiencing.
