Since mid-2014 when they recruited three accountants and one data analyst, the client has grown a sizeable team of offshore employees who are adding tremendous value to the business. They now have 18 staff based in the Philippines, along with an additional profile of a Broking Administrator.

The evolution of the offshore team has also been evident in the implementation of a tiering system, with Junior, Intermediate and Senior Accountants employed and a Senior Data Analyst also appointed. The client benefits from the flexibility of the recruits, who are highly trainable and respond positively when given tasks with instructions.
