2006

A new model for offshore success

MicroSourcing was founded in 2006 with a vision to change how companies build and expand their teams. 

As one of the pioneers of the “build-to-scale” model in the Philippines, we gave companies full control over their offshore teams, redefining what partnership, transparency and flexibility could look like.

Expanding horizons

Now with 10,000+ professionals and 1,000+ clients, MicroSourcing continues to lead the way in managed outsourcing solutions. 

In 2025, we expanded into Colombia, our first nearshore delivery hub, providing clients access to multilingual talent and same-time-zone collaboration with North America and Europe.
