MicroSourcing currently operates from a number of major business hubs in Metro Manila and Cebu City. In the Eastwood City Cyberpark, we have our corporate headquarters at the 1880 Avenue Building and a delivery center at MDC 100. The Eastwood City Cyberpark is the largest IT/BPO hub in the Philippines. It is home to offshore delivery centers of numerous international companies. It has an environment for both business and leisure with a wide range of food establishments and malls.

We have two delivery centers at Bonifacio Global City which is without a doubt the most modern, most secure, and most technologically advanced area in Metro Manila, right next to the Makati central business district. It has a wide variety of residential and office buildings as well as a great selection of restaurants, bars, and clubs.

In the south of Metro Manila, we have an office at the TwoE-com Center located at Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex in Pasay City. This building is specifically designed for BPO companies and it offers great views of Manila Bay. In 2011, we opened our first delivery center outside Metro Manila in Cebu City which is the 2nd largest city in the Philippines. Our office in Cebu is located at the TGU Tower in the Cebu IT Park.

Eastwood City Cyberpark

The Eastwood City Cyberpark is the largest IT & BPO hub in the Philippines in terms of workforce and revenue. It is home to numerous offshore delivery centers of large companies including Accenture, IBM, and Dell. It is a business and leisure environment with food establishments, transportation line, and amenities that are available 24/7.

1880 Avenue Building

MicroSourcing's headquarters is located at the 6th floor of the 1880 Avenue Building which has 10 floors and was designed for high density BPO purposes. It currently houses Accenture, Siemens, WNS, and Megaworld. The building receives its main power from Meralco and has two standby generators. Each floor has its own dedicated AC system and a fire detection system connected to the building's central control panel. It has its own 24/7 security force with roaming guards and security personnel. Eastwood City also has its own security force covering the entire cyberpark.

MDC 100 Building

MicroSourcing occupies the 32nd floor of the MDC 100 Building at the Eastwood City Cyberpark. The building has a total of 33 floors primarily designed for BPO office spaces and supporting establishments. It currently houses ANZ, Convergys, and Stellar Global. The building has a total of 15 elevators, N+1 100% back-up power with automatic switch, redundant generator, telecommunication connectivity from three providers, as well as a VRF A/C system. The ground floor of the building has retail shops and a food court with establishments which are open 24/7. A revolving restaurant for executive dining is located at the 33rd floor of the building right on top of our delivery center.

Bonifacio Global City

Bonifacio Global City lies at the center of Metro Manila, right next to the Makati central business district. It is a high end location with a lot of new luxury residential and commercial buildings. It is the location of choice for most multinational financial institutions such as HSBC, JP Morgan, and Deutsche Bank.

Picadilly Star Building

MicroSourcing occupies the entire 17th and 18th floor of the Picadilly Star Building at Bonifacio Global City. The building has 24 floors and currently houses companies such as Mindshare/Ogilvy, InContact, and DOCOMO interTouch. The building generates its main power from Meralco and has a standby generator. Each floor has its own dedicated AC system and a fire detection system connected to the building's central fire control panel. The building has its own 24/7 security force with roaming guards and security personnel at all entrances and exits.

Mall of Asia Complex

The Mall of Asia Complex is a 67-hectare property that combines corporate, residential, leisure, and retail developments. It is located in Pasay City and is easily accessible from all major business districts in Metro Manila and main transportation arteries. It has high end commercial buildings, condo projects, and commercial establishments. It is also home to the SM Mall of Asia which is the 4th largest shopping mall in the world. The mall is located right next to the business park, a 2-minute walk from where our office is located.

TwoE-com Center

The TwoEcom Center is a brand new modern structure designed primarily to provide office space for BPO companies. This 15-storey, 102,000-square meter building comes with an iconic archway connecting the two buildings, making a large rectangular window that has a spectacular view of Manila Bay. MicroSourcing's office is located at the 10th floor of TwoE-com Center with amazing views of the ocean. TwoE-com Center is PEZA-registered and has 100% backup electricity, 20 elevators, smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, and a cabling system provided by the country's leading telecommunications companies. It is also designed with the environment in mind. The building makes use of insulated glass units and energy-saving air conditioning systems. The TwoE-com Center is more than just a commercial building. It also has several recreational facilities for office workers and guests. The entire third floor is a food court that has a wide range of food outlets.

Cebu IT Park

The Cebu IT Park covers 24 hectares of industrial land at the northern district of Cebu City. It is a Special Economic Zone which offers government incentives for developers, IT park facilities/utilities providers, and IT enterprises registered under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

TGU Tower

MicroSourcing's office has a capacity of 210 seats and is located at the 12th Floor of the TGU Tower at Cebu IT Park. The office was officially opened in November 2011.

The TGU Tower has a total of 15 floors plus a roof deck and is home to a wide range of business process outsourcing companies, retail banks, and corporate offices of major multinational companies such as Pru Life UK.

Cebu IT Park is a Special Economic Zone which offers government incentives for developers, IT park facilities/utilities providers, and IT enterprises registered under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). Moreover, the IT park offers not only business space but also areas for recreation and entertainment. It is also a 15-minute drive away from residential areas, schools, and golf courses.
