What is Outsourcing?
Outsourcing firms require a management team that consists of intelligent, flexible, and fast-moving professionals with a lot of international experience. As an offshore outsourcing provider in the Philippines, we are furthermore bridging two different worlds and we need to know how to apply Western business practices in a Filipino environment. Our management team is perfectly equipped for the job. Two of our founders are half-Dutch and half-Filipino, giving them the perfect mix of being educated and trained in the Western world while having a complete understanding of the Filipino heart and soul.
Founders & Directors
MicroSourcing is a family business founded by two Dutch/Filipino brothers, Philip and Mark Kooijman and their wives Nona and Sophie. Both brothers grew up in the Netherlands, were educated there, and started their careers at large multinationals like Accenture, Deutsche Bank, and ABN Amro. In 2004, they started their first offshore delivery center in the Philippines and this quickly grew into the large company that MicroSourcing is today. Philip Kooijman is the acting CEO of MicroSourcing and runs the company from its headquarters in Manila.
Operations Management
Our operations group is responsible for the setup and execution of all our projects and programs. Our operations group has one goal: to make sure that the targets our clients set for their offshore operations are met and exceeded. They work closely with our clients to identify performance indicators, set up metrics, and work on continuously improving the workflow processes and the quantity and quality of the project deliverables. Our operations managers commonly head a team of project managers and team leaders. The operations group is the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to operational matters.
The operations group is headed by Maricel Salao (center) with Ethel and Christian as senior operations managers, Michael and Ezer as supervisors and our group of team leaders.
Human Capital Strategy and Delivery Group
Our Human Capital Strategy and Delivery Team’s goal is to create, deliver, and sustain positive HR experience. As an outsourcing solutions provider, we deal with Human Capital and our people are our most precious resource. It is important that we find the right people, retain them, and help them grow into more productive professionals.
HCSDG is responsible for delivering HR services in four areas of expertise: Fundamental Services, Employee Commitment & Development, Employee Discipline, and Records & Attendance Management.
The HCSDG is headed by Ramie Rosima Jr. (center) and further consists of (from bottom left to bottom right) Ms. Gina, Karla, Jas, Mia, Jam, Chino, Yjez, Ayza, Tet, Joan, and Thea.
Manpower Acquisition
Our Manpower Acquisition department oversees all recruitment operations such as recruiting individuals and matching them to client requirements. Aside from participating in job fairs and posting job profiles online, the Manpower Acquisition department implements various strategies for brand awareness and to attract new talent. This includes forging partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
The Manpower Acquisition department is headed by Krissy Cabiling (center) and further consists of (from bottom left to bottom right) Paulo, Karen, Hanika, Hazel, Ron, Ellaine, Rita, Michelle, and Chris.
IT & Technical Support
Our IT department is responsible for our technical infrastructure including workstations, hardware and software, and our telecommunications and networking infrastructure. During the setup process of a new project, our IT department will work together with our client to make sure that the necessary workflow systems are in place. Once a project is operational, our 24/7/365 technical support team will make sure that any technical issues are resolved as soon as possible and that production is safeguarded at all times.
The IT department is headed by Rommel Natividad (bottom left) and the technical support team is headed by Harry Ignacio (center). The team further consists of (from left to bottom right) Anton, Mark, Ian, Jeffrey, Dan, Ian, Adam, and Stanley.

Finance
Our Finance department is responsible for managing all financial aspects of our company such as payroll, invoicing, and accounting.
The finance department is headed by Arlene Guarnes (center) and further consists of (from bottom left to bottom right) Anna, Tom, Roselyn, Lemuel, and Antonette.
