Business Process Outsourcing firms require a management team that consists of intelligent, flexible, fast-moving and multi-talented team players. As an offshore outsourcing provider in the Philippines, we are furthermore bridging two different worlds and we need to know how to apply Western business practices in a Filipino environment. Our management team is perfectly equipped for the job. Two of our founders are half-Dutch, half-Filipino, giving them the perfect mix of being educated and trained in the Western world while having a complete understanding of the Filipino heart and soul. Meet our team:

Philip Kooijman General Manager Philip was born in the Philippines and is of Dutch/Filipino descent. He graduated from the Technical University of Twente in the Netherlands with a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology. Philip has worked for more than 6 years in the ICT/Consulting industry and was previously with Accenture. As General Manager of MicroSourcing, Philip runs the operations in the Philippines and oversees all projects. He is the direct contact person for all our clients and assures the swiftest possible response to client requests.		Nona Tajanlangit Chief Humanitarian Officer Nona was born and raised in the Philippines but lived in New Jersey for much of her youth. She graduated from the University of Asia & the Pacific in Metro Manila with a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities. Nona worked as a teacher at the Brent International School for two years before she co-founded MicroSourcing with her husband Philip. As Chief Humanitarian Officer, Nona is in charge of our humanitarian work where we give back to the Filipino community.
Mark Kooijman Strategic Director Mark is Philip's older brother and is also of Dutch/Filipino descent. He graduated from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam with a Master's degree in Economics. Mark has worked for more than 9 years in the investment banking industry working for ABN/AMRO, Deutsche Bank and the Dutch Development Bank. As Strategic Director of MicroSourcing, Mark is mostly responsible for the commercial and strategic direction of the company.		Sophie Woo Financial Director Sophie was born and raised in the Netherlands and she graduated from the Technical University of Delft with a Master of Science degree in Chemistry. Sophie has worked for more than 9 years in the ICT/Consulting industry and was previously with Accenture. As Financial Director of MicroSourcing, Sophie is mostly responsible for the financial and legal aspects of MicroSourcing.
Maricel Salao HR Manager Maricel was born and raised in the Philippines. She graduated from Saint Louis University in Baguio with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. She worked at Maersk before she made the move to MicroSourcing. As Human Resources Manager, Maricel is responsible for recruiting new talents and matching them with the requirements of our clients. She also represents the interests of all MicroSourcing employees and freelancers.		Floyd Buenavente Marketing Manager Floyd was born and raised in the Philippines. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication and a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology. As Marketing Manager, Floyd is responsible for properly marketing our company and our services through all possible online and offline channels.
Harry Ignacio Technical Support Engineer Harry was born and raised in the Philippines. He graduated from AMA Computer College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. As Technical Support Supervisor, Harry is responsible for our technical and telecommunication infrastructure, our network, workstations and internet connectivity and security.
