Founded in 2006
By Dutch business strategist Philip Kooijman, MicroSourcing pioneered outsourcing services in the Philippines. Drawing on his firsthand experience, Kooijman recognized the significant cost savings and efficiency gains that offshoring to the Philippines could offer organizations globally.

Over the next 16 years
MicroSourcing grew rapidly, expanding from 14 employees to over 10,000 today. Key milestones included opening new delivery centers, achieving ISO certifications and being acquired by Australian companies Salmat, in 2016, and then Probe Group, in 2020. In 2025, MicroSourcing launched operations in Colombia.
