MicroSourcing’s commitment to meaningful change

We take pride in building partnerships that deliver both measurable business outcomes and human impact. When our clients grow, opportunities multiply for our professionals, their families and the local economies we support.

Every new role we create contributes to career advancement, financial stability and skill development for talented professionals in the Philippines and Colombia. For clients, that translates into reliable, empowered teams that deliver quality and innovation every day.

Our commitment extends beyond the workplace. Through education, employment and community programs, we help strengthen the foundations that allow people to thrive.

It’s a shared cycle of progress, where responsible growth drives opportunity, and opportunity drives lasting impact.

Bridging education and employment

We are passionate about bridging the gap between education and employment. Our initiatives open doors for aspiring professionals and students by providing clear pathways from the classroom to a career in partnership with 33 Philippine universities.

Through these partnerships, we help co-develop and redesign over 10 academic degree programs to align with current industry needs. Our PRIME Program also provides hands-on mentorship, while Project HIRED upskills professionals for specialized roles.

Project Banaag: empowering education

Project Banaag, our flagship education initiative, aims to improve access to quality education for children in remote communities.

In partnership with the National Book Store Foundation, the program removes barriers to learning by providing essential school supplies and digital equipment. This ongoing commitment has supported over 9,000 students in the Philippines and represents a multi-million-peso investment in education.

Employee-led action and giving

We foster a culture of volunteerism by empowering our employees to
support communities through hands-on service, fundraising and rapid disaster response. Our team has contributed over 21,400 volunteer hours and raised over PHP 1.7 million in community donations.

When disasters strike, we provide immediate support, such as raising PHP 320,900 after Typhoon Carina, which funded relief for 148 individuals in Marikina and provided direct cash aid to 83 of our own affected employees.

Environmental stewardship: protecting our shared home

We are dedicated to investing in long-term environmental and agricultural resilience. We have pledged over PHP 600,000 to support 500 farmers with food processing equipment and climate adaptation resources.

Our volunteers also drive reforestation efforts, such as in planting 625 trees in the Marikina watershed, which directly supports the livelihood of local Dumagat peoples.

Stories of shared impact

Our community programs reflect MicroSourcing’s belief that meaningful change begins with collective action. These stories highlight how our people, partners and purpose come together to make a lasting difference.

From classroom to careers: upskilling future accountants

To help bridge the talent and skills gap, we launched Project HIRED — a program that transforms aspiring professionals into industry-ready talent.

In one of its most successful initiatives, we sponsored 60 aspiring accountants through a comprehensive training program to prepare them for complex roles. The program achieved remarkable results, with 46 participants earning Xero certification and 11 securing positions at one of the world's leading accounting firms.

Restoring nature and supporting livelihoods

Our Bingo for a Cause initiative rallied employees to raise nearly PHP 200,000 for the Marikina Reforestation Project. In partnership with the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), our funds and volunteers were used to plant 625 trees across a hectare of land.

This project not only helps restore a critical watershed, but also provides direct support to at least 10 local Dumagat households.

Closing the loop on waste

Our Trash to Cash Back initiative shows how environmental action can directly benefit our people.

We have transformed over 6,300 kilos of recyclable waste from our sites into tangible benefits for our housekeeping and security staff, providing them with grocery and supply vouchers through earned environmental points.
