Anna Cagaoan brings more than 25 years of senior HR leadership experience across the telecommunications, business process outsourcing (BPO) and consulting sectors. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), she has built a strong track record of leading strategic HR transformations, strengthening organizational capability and aligning people strategies with evolving business needs.
Anna will lead MicroSourcing’s global people strategy, supporting the company’s long-term business ambitions across the Philippines and international operations. In her role as Chief People Officer, she will oversee initiatives focused on leadership development, talent management, organizational transformation and enhancing employee engagement and culture across the organization.
Recognized for her ability to build scalable people frameworks that support growth while maintaining strong organizational culture, Anna’s global perspective and cross-market leadership experience will play a key role in advancing MicroSourcing’s people agenda.
Rommel “Kiko” Moldero joins as Senior Director - Recruitment Operations
Rommel “Kiko” Moldero joins MicroSourcing with more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping organizations scale by building strong hiring strategies, improving recruitment operations and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams.
In his new role, Kiko will lead the continued evolution of MicroSourcing’s recruitment operations, strengthening how the organization attracts, engages and delivers exceptional talent to clients. He has extensive experience managing large recruitment teams, implementing data-driven hiring frameworks, and improving key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate experience.
Kiko has successfully supported organizations through rapid growth, scaling workforces from hundreds to thousands of employees while strengthening employer branding and recruitment effectiveness. His experience across global law firms, BPOs, technology companies and shared services organizations provides a broad perspective on building effective talent strategies in fast-growing environments.
