Haidee Enriquez, CEO of MicroSourcing Group (MicroSourcing and Beepo), has received the PMY to CEO recognition at the 2026 People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Awards.
The recognition honors past People Manager of the Year (PMY) awardees who have gone on to become CEOs or presidents of their organizations. For Enriquez, who was named People Manager of the Year in 2017, it marks a further milestone in her progression from people management to executive leadership.

This year’s PMAP Awards marked the program’s 50th edition under the theme “Honoring Legacy, Inspiring the Next Generation.” Established in 1977, the awards recognize achievements in people management through three core categories: Employer of the Year, People Manager of the Year and People Program of the Year.
