Kythe Foundation is the beneficiary of our Valentine's Day fundraiser launched last February. The non-profit organization provides children with cancer and chronic illnesses the opportunity to learn, play, and grow in a hospital setting.
MicroSourcing's matched donation of P39,760 will contribute towards Kythe's leading Child Life Program. Over the last 23 years, the Child Life Program has supported over 11,000 children with cancer and other chronic illnesses. It is managed by a team of qualified Child Life specialists, social workers, nurses, and psychologists, who assist with the following:
The donation from MicroSourcing was received by Executive Director Maria Fatima Garcia-Lorenzo and Partner Relations Manager Karen D. Riveria, RN. It will assist with covering the medical assistance offered to pediatric patients in 12 Kythe affiliate hospitals across the Philippines, supplementing procedures such as blood transfusions, x-rays, CT scans, and medicines including antibiotics and vitamins.
MicroMissions is thankful to all employees who contributed to the success of Love-A-Fair, our Valentine's Day fundraiser. Each socially-conscious purchase last February will now help children with cancer and chronic illnesses learn, play, and grow.
We can help you understand the possibilities. Reach out to us today.
