Earlier in March, MicroSourcing employees came together to commemorate International Women's Day. MicroMissions partnered with Caritas Manila’s Restorative Justice Ministry to remember women in our society who are confronted with the despairing reality of incarceration at the Correctional Institution for Women in Mandaluyong City. Together, we launched #MakeItHappen and Support Women through Enterprise, a fundraising initiative that saw 428 employees raise P59,030 from the purchase of handmade crafts by inmates.
The generosity of MicroSourcing employees will help support the Restorative Justice Ministry that serves 12 prisons, jails, and youth rehabilitation centres namely New Bilibid Prisons, Correctional Institution for Women, Manila City Jail (Male Dept., Female Dept., and Annex), Mandaluyong City Jail, Pasay City Jail, San Juan City Jail, Cradle, Manila Youth Reception Center, and Pasay Youth Center. Your big-hearted contributions to the Restorative Justice Ministry will help inmates by:
One of our core values as an organization is One Family - and MicroSourcing is grateful for the immeasurable support we receive from our employees who are committed to the inclusive advancement of all members of our society.
