MicroMissions launched "Tea for Two and a Healthier You", a campaign that promotes GreenEarth's flagship moringa tea.
"We endorse GreenEarth's Moringa tea for two reasons: in support of healthy lifestyle choices and sustainable livelihood for the farmers and children of GreenEarth," said MicroSourcing VP of PR and Marketing Nona Tajanlangit-Kooijman.
Moringa tea was endorsed by World Vegetable Center as among the healthiest vegetables with over 90 nutrients and 46 antioxidants. GreenEarth invested on high quality production facilities, advancing their tea to widely coveted international-organic certification - 100% of revenues in tea production go to the farmers.
MicroMissions conducted a company-wide survey through MicroStatus (employee management tool) and in five days, the community raised a total of P67,000 for GreenEarth Heritage Foundation (P45,000 or 120 boxes in tea sales; P22,000 in additional donations for the GreenEarth Learning Center). Funds for the Learning Center were raised after MicroSourcing donated seed funding of P20,335 in a previous campaign, Building Resilient Communities.
GreenEarth Executive Director Dr. Mylene Matti thanks MicroSourcing, "Thank you so much for your support. This sale is a big boost to our livelihood program."
