From street jobs to an office space, MicroSourcing brings 15 determined youth dreamers to a place of new possibilities. The Careers Program, a specialized training and internship course for underprivileged youth, launched its third batch last April 28.

MicroSourcing Welcomes Batch 3 Careers Program Trainees In an orientation for the selected participants and their parents, a guest shared, "Every mother has only one dream; it is to see her children reach theirs. I am happy to see my son get close to his desired future." She shares that before MicroSourcing, her son toiled until 2AM assisting public jeepneys to earn Php200 per day.

After the orientation and a discussion on rules and expectations, the group celebrated the beginning of a journey to realizing dreams.

Students reaffirmed their goals on day 1 of class. They wrote, "I pledge to give my best and put my mind in all that I do. I will face my weaknesses and be my strengths. I will be strong and positive about life. I will prove that I can be successful. I will be consistent in my dream."

MicroSourcing partners with BagoSphere for the first month of skill development classes

MicroSourcing partnered with prestigious call center training school BagoSphere for the first month of skill development classes. This prepares youth for the three-month internship course, learning jobs like data processing and entry-level call center work.

In the same day 1 pledge, a student captured the vision of the program. "My learning experiences in the program will empower my strengths. This opportunity will help me find a long-term job that will allow me to help my family."
