Property developer Megaworld has recently announced that its flagship cyberpark, Eastwood City, is set to get bigger with the additional 1.5 hectares it has acquired. This brings the total land area of Eastwood City to 18.5 hectares.

According to Megaworld Senior Vice-president Jericho Go, Eastwood City is one of the most successful townships in the country. With various opportunities it has to offer, hundreds of IT and BPO firms have expanded and set up operations there. It has also attracted thousands of Filipinos to live in its residential properties, as well as people who want to unwind and shop.

At least three office towers are set to be added in the cyberpark where one would be a high-rise mixed-use property consisting of commercial, residential, and office spaces. The property developer expects an additional 100,000 square meters of office spaces and 600 residential units.

The premier township of Megaworld currently houses 10 office buildings occupied by renowned IT-BPO companies, 19 condominium towers, three malls, and the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel.
