Last October 25, MicroSourcing held the Fang-tastic Halloween event simultaneously at its headquarters in Eastwood City as well as in other Manila office locations.
At the MicroSourcing headquarters, prizes were given to kids who wore the best Halloween costumes. Vinz Anthony Chua (son of Angel Chua - MMO), who dressed up as Zorro, got the best costume award for boys, while Ichi Jamis (daughter of Adam Jamis - IT Department) left everyone in awe for her costume inspired by the movie "Up".
Days before the event, MicroSourcing employees decorated their respective areas for the Area Decoration contest. CEO Philip Kooijman, VP of Operational Excellence Sophie Woo, and Human Capital Strategy and Delivery Group (HCSDG) Site Lead Yjez Batulan, who served as judges, visited each participating area and in the end, the Talent Acquisition Department got the title for best area decoration with their interpretation of "Fangtasia". MicroCreatives got 2nd place, while MMO got 3rd place.
Wearing their colorful Halloween costumes, employees, members of the management team, as well as their guests roamed around the office for the trick or treat. Kids were also entertained with a magic show and other activities such as face painting. Snacks were served after the activities.
MicroSourcing Two E-Com (MOA) also hosted a Spooky-fun party for employees and their kids/guests.
The event started with the traditional trick or treat parade participated by the kids and the kids-at-heart. Aside from tons of free candies and Halloween goodies, the event also became a fright fest as the kids roamed around the production floors designed by employees.
