In recent times, almost all of the business sectors benefit from the BPO market. Even manufacturing industries worldwide depend on the ability of the services sector to satisfy and meet the demands of customers and organize them as leads by applying proper CRM strategies. This enabled the BPO industry to start a trend in establishing revenue-generating businesses by tapping into unchartered countries, both developed and developing ones.
One of the areas that successfully benefitted from BPO is the Asia-Pacific region. Proof of that is India, a country known in the outsourcing industry. It is still growing and has an expected revenue figure amounting to $110 billion for the period of 2010-11. Prominent market research firms estimate that the industry in the Asia-Pacific region will grow 17.9% while the global BPO market will grow 6.4% in 2011.
Also, the demand for customer support services from the US, UK, and other European countries is rapidly growing. This prompted BPO firms in the Asia-Pacific region (India/Philippines/China) to further improve their skills and bring in more business to their country.
