Megaworld Corp., the leading BPO office lessor, is set to open five new buildings this year at the McKinley Hill Cyberpark in Fort Bonifacio, the largest IT park of the company.
According to Jericho Go, VP of business development, opening new buildings for outsourcing companies will meet the needs of the ever growing BPO industry in the country. “We are hoping that with these new buildings, which are designed according to the specific requirements of BPO firms, we will be able to help the industry achieve its growth target of at least 23 percent this year.”
Go added that the buildings, which have 75,000 sq. m. of office space, feature 91% floor efficiency ratio to maximize space for BPO operations and an advanced variable refrigerant air conditioning system that will help lower electricity costs.
