Life Stage Communication, a subsidiary of Fly Free for Health Group of Companies in the Philippines, is looking for 100 registered Filipino nurses who will work as medical butlers. This is an opportunity for nursing graduates who are thinking about finding work overseas.
According to Wei Siang Yu, founder and CEO, the company will invest $2-4 million to set up two training facilities and a contact center in the country to address the health needs of patients abroad. “Instead of nurses leaving the Philippines to work in a hospital outside the country, Filipino nurses can now stay here and still tap the global, borderless healthcare and medical tourism market.”
He added that Filipino health professionals are suitable for medical outsourcing because of their English communication skills, good educational background, and hospitality.
