MicroSourcing’s parent company, Probe CX, has recently announced the acquisition of Innovior, a highly regarded specialist automation and AI analytics service provider.
The addition of Innovior’s digital capabilities to the Probe CX group will amplify existing automation and AI analytics. This will elevate MicroSourcing’s outsourcing solutions to help provide even greater customer experiences for our client’s customers. MicroSourcing’s own operations will not be affected as a result of the acquisition.
“Probe CX is committed to being recognised as the Australasian leader in digital CX transformation, and Innovior will help us achieve this.” said Probe CX’s Chief Executive Officer Andrew Hume.
“To bring our vision to life, we are continuing to invest in our specialist customer experience and digital consulting, AI-powered natural language processing, biometric verification, real-time speech analytics and data science capabilities.”
“We can’t do this alone, which is why the acquisition of Innovior and their expertise in intelligent automation and management consulting is so important.”
