Work closely with the reps assigned to your account. Majority of the new hires in the lead generation industry are either fresh graduates or are not familiar with the industry itself. Sometimes, clients question the providers if the reps assigned to them can deliver, especially if they realize that most of their team members are novices. What they should look at is the training provided by the lead generation outsourcing service provider and how it is applied to the operation.
Provide a clear outline of what you want. You wouldn’t want to point fingers when something is overlooked and drastically affects the entire operation. Create a checklist of the things that you would want to include in the process, even if you think it’s going to come out during the later stages. Also, as the operation is being set up, deliberate first before making changes. If possible, meet once a week to get everyone on the same page and address inquiries as soon as you can.
