Flash Design Some Web Designers might also have the necessary Adobe Flash skills to create animated Flash elements. W3C Compliancy & Browser Compatibility A good Web Designer will create site templates that are W3C compliant and compatible with all browser platforms. Web Designers commonly have some graphical skills but for real high quality graphics it might be good to use Graphic Designers
