Throughout the previous steps, we will be drafting and updating a project outline document. This document provides all the details about your project including the resources involved and what is expected of MicroSourcing. It will outline the workflow processes, metrics, service level agreements and all other client expectancies. All the pricing details will also be contained in this document. It will have been finalized and ready to be signed before the start of operations.
The signed document will contain both a service agreement and project outline. For succeeding projects, we can just draft and sign a new project outline with the general terms of service remaining the same for the duration of our partnership.
