Virtual Captives - Setup Process

Step 3: Drafting the Job Profiles

We will want to get working with you as soon as possible on defining your manpower requirements and drafting the job profiles for each role in your project.

As manpower recruitment is the most time-consuming step in the process, we will start analyzing your manpower requirements immediately by clearly identifying the specific roles within your project. For a web development team, these specific roles could, for instance, be: team leader, senior developer, junior developer, flash developer, web designer, copywriter and SEO/SEM specialist; with possibly multiple people filling each role.

For each role, we will draft a more detailed job profile that will provide the details on the work to be done and the skills and working experience required. We will also add the working hours and a salary range that is consistent with your budget for each role. Our manpower acquisition department will use these job profiles to search for suitable candidates both inside and outside our company.
