What is Outsourcing?
During the requirement analysis phase, we will have already discussed the service delivery model with you and the details of the staff leasing engagement. We will then send you a proposal that will outline the estimated costs and the project variables that will have an impact on our pricing.
We will also send you our standard services agreement which will cover the terms of service of our staff leasing services. This agreement will not yet contain any details on the specific project we will be conducting for you. Those details will be contained in the project outline which we will draft and sign right before go-live.
Before we move forward to the next step, we will need your approval on the proposal and our services agreement. In that way, we can avoid any lengthy discussions about legal terms before the start of operations.
