Virtual Captives - Setup Process

Step 10: Expansion

Virtually all of our clients choose to expand their team and even add new processes and projects to the engagement after expectations are far exceeded.

We generally recommend our clients to start out with a fairly small team. They can then test our services first and make sure they are getting the results they need before they make a larger scale commitment. As they start seeing the positive results of having an offshore team at MicroSourcing, they quickly build up the confidence to expand their team.

Expanding an existing team is very easy. It will be a simple repetition of step 2 and 3 of the setup process: we will draft new job profiles and acquire the necessary manpower. If it is a simple expansion of an existing project, then we will not even have to sign any new agreement documents. The project outline typically covers the pricing structure for adding more resources to the team.

At one point you may decide to move other workflow processes to us as well. This may be an entirely new project with a different set of manpower, infrastructure and management requirements. In this case, we will run through most of the setup process with you again starting with a good analysis of your new requirements. In most cases, we will not need to sign a new services agreement - we can just draft and sign a new project outline that provides all the details on the new project.
