Deciding to use outsourcing as a business tool is not as simple as deciding to buy a new workstation or hiring a new in-house programmer. You will be giving people beyond your immediate reach access to your business and you will rely on them to provide added value to your organization. A lot of questions will pop into your mind: How will I manage this operation remotely? How can I assure smooth cooperation between my in-house and offshore resources? How do I minimize risk? All of these questions and their answers will eventually have to lead to a decision on who to use as your outsourcing provider and who to select to be part of your offshore team.

In this section, we will look at every step of the way that leads from initial contact with our company to a tailor-made outsourcing solution and the operational management and future expansion of that operation. This process consists of 7 steps:


Analyzing your Requirements

Together, we will analyze your requirements to make sure we have all necessary information to recommend a certain outsourcing solution.

Choosing an Outsourcing Model

Using the knowledge gained in step 1, we will select an outsourcing model that will determine what we need in terms of manpower, infrastructure and cooperation terms.

Recruitment & Selection

We break down the manpower requirements in job profiles and use our online candidate selection tool to recruit and select people to fill in your job profiles.

Signing our Agreement

Once we have found the people, we will finalize and sign our outsourcing agreement to make sure that all legal aspects of our cooperation are covered.

Starting Operations

We will allocate the necessary office space, workstations and network infrastructure to facilitate your offshore team. On the agreed starting date your team can go live.

Operational Management

Our HR team, technical support team and management team will make sure your offshore team runs smoothly. You will be able to coordinate with our project managers to get things done quickly.

Future Expansion

You can expand your offshore team at any time. We will quickly analyze your new requirements and run through the recruitment and selection process.
