The previous steps have brought us to where we are now: a fully operational offshore team working for you from the Philippines and locally managed by MicroSourcing. The daily routine will begin where your offshore team reports in and works on your project. To make sure that your offshore operation is running smoothly we will provide a certain level of operational management. Our exact involvement will depend on the outsourcing model we decided on and the terms of our agreement. At the very minimum, we will take responsibility for three things:

  • HR Management
    Our HR team is in place to take care of all HR-related issues such as attendance reporting, sick leaves, holiday leaves, announcements of upcoming public holidays and all other HR-related matters. Attendance reporting is done using automated fingerprint scanners which guarantee 100% accuracy.

  • Technical Support
    Our technical support team is in place to make sure that your team members' workstations and telecommunications are up and running at all times. Additional software or any other workstation adjustments are performed exclusively by this team to assure network security and integrity.

  • Operational Management
    Our management team is in place to be your first point of contact in case any action needs to be taken with regard to your team. Anything ranging from performance complaints, requests for overtime, allocation of additional resources or anything else should be reported to our management team and they will make sure that your requests are handled internally as soon as possible.

Our agreement may include additional responsibilities for MicroSourcing like assuring a certain quantity or quality of deliverables. We may also get more involved in project management, project control or quality insurance. In general, our services focus on providing a smoothly operating offshore team and we will do whatever we can to assure this.

At any given point in time you might decide to expand your offshore operation at MicroSourcing. This is discussed in Step 7: Future Expansion
