In the previous steps, we analyzed your requirements  , we selected our outsourcing model  , we formulated job profiles, recruited and selected  your offshore team members and we finalized our outsourcing agreement  . This agreement will state the official starting date of your offshore team at MicroSourcing. We will allocate office space inside our own offices or, in case of a large team, we might set up a new office space. We will set up the workstations and network infrastructure, allocate resources in our management and support teams and make sure all is ready for the Go-Live of your offshore operation.
Before the official starting date, we will already have signed all necessary employment contracts with your team members and have worked through all necessary paperwork. On the first day of operations, our technical team will further customize your people's workstations, give them email addresses and install all necessary additional software. Our HR manager will give them a copy of our company policy and run them through the basic rules and guidelines of our company. We will email you all the contact details of your team members and let you know that your team is ready to start working for you.
Your offshore team is now fully operational. The next step will be all about managing the day-to-day operations. This happens in Step 6: Operational Management  .
