Step 2: Selecting an Outsourcing Model

Our Pricing Structure
Outsourcing Step-by-Step
  Step 1: Requirement Analysis
  Step 2: Model Selection
  Step 3: Recruitment & Selection
  Step 4: Signing the Agreement
  Step 5: Starting Operations
  Step 6: Operational Management
  Step 7: Future Expansion
In Step 1 , you analyzed your outsourcing needs. In step 2, we will take the result of that analysis to select the ideal outsourcing model. As explained in our general outsourcing information section about Outsourcing Models , there are a number of factors that will determine how we will work together and what the terms of our outsourcing agreement will be:

Duration

Do you need your offshore team for a limited period of time (e.g. to complete a certain project) or do you need them on a continuous basis? This will have a big impact on the way that we will look for people to fill in your job profiles. If it is on a continuous basis then we can look in the overall job market for people looking for a fulltime job. If it is a short term project then we might have to look at available existing MicroSourcing staff or freelancers/contractors that are willing to work on short term projects.

Manpower Requirements

After the analysis in step 1 you will already have a pretty good idea of what your manpower requirements will be. Now it is time to formalize this in a list that describes how many people you will need for your offshore operation and what profile requirements there are for each of the job job profiles we will need to fill?

Pricing Model

What compensation model will be used? Will you pay per fulltime employee per month or will it be per day or even per hour? Will you pay per project or perhaps even per output unit? Our standard Pricing Structure is based on a fixed fee per fulltime employee per month but we can work with anytime of compensation model.

Management Responsibilities

How are the management responsibilities of your offshore operation divided between MicroSourcing as provider and you as our client? Who is responsible for distributing daily tasks? Who is responsible for the quantity and quality of your offshore team's deliverables? Who is responsible for the coordination between your domestic and offshore operations? Our standard Staff Leasing solution gives a very clear split in these responsibilities but you might be looking for a different arrangement.

All of these factors and perhaps many more will determine how our outsourcing agreement will be structured. As explained in the Offshore Staffing section, we specialize in Offshore Staff Leasing which is the outsourcing model that guarantees the highest level of transparency and direct control at the lowest possible costs. It is the model that most of our clients end up chosing and we highly recommend it.

We are a highly flexible company and even though we specialize in Offshore Staffing, we can work out any Custom Solution that best fits your outsourcing needs. Once the outsourcing model has been selected, we can move to the next step where we Step 3: Recruit and Select candidates for your offshore team.
