What is Outsourcing?
For manpower-based projects, the agreed on terms may have ended or your temporary manpower requirement may have been fulfilled. Manpower-based projects are always quite flexible so you could probably easily extend the contract or flow over in another manpower-based service that we offer.
If your small project is deliverable-based then there will come to a point where we agree that the project is finished. Through the rework rounds, we have come up with deliverables that meet, and hopefully exceed your expectations. The actual delivery could be as simple as an email or an upload of the work files. The staff and resources involved in your project will now be made available for new projects and we will move towards the next step: invoicing you for our services.
