What is Outsourcing?
Most small projects revolve around a single deliverable or a small set of deliverables. Especially in the case of creative projects like company logos, website designs, and website content, the deliverable might not be exactly what you had in mind. In those cases, subjective measures like taste and personal preferences will determine the success of the project. To make sure you are satisfied with the results you are getting, we will enable you to run through a number of feedback and rework cycles that will hopefully result in us providing you with something that completely satisfies your requirements. In most cases, we will agree to a certain number of rework rounds and note them down in our agreement.
By running through a number of rework rounds, we will reach the point where we can call the project a success and hand over the final results of the project. This is handled in the next step.
