What is Outsourcing?
During the actual project execution, you can be in constant and direct contact with all our staff involved in the project. At all times, you will have a MicroSourcing officer who will serve as your first point of contact.
Small projects can vary greatly in the type of work involved and how it is executed. In general, the following rules will apply:
- Our people will start working on your project on the set starting date.
- While work is ongoing, you can have direct contact with the staff involved. This can be through phone, chat or Skype.
- We will assign a MicroSourcing officer to you who will be your main contact person during the execution of the project. This officer will be able to act on any instructions you give.
- We will keep you updated on the progress being made.
- For ongoing projects without a fixed deliverable, we will provide ongoing operations management. This will be very similar to the operations management provided for our setup process set for offshore staff leasing.
