What is Outsourcing?
Our solutions finder shows how small projects can vary greatly in scope and deliverable type. Small creative projects may focus on a single deliverable like a logo design or a website redesign. Your small project may also be focused on small manpower requirement like a web designer for one day per week or an SEO Specialist for a one-month period. Regardless of the nature of your small projects, we will have to identify the following project variables:
- Deliverables: what is it that you want us to create or do for you?
- Workflow: what is the input, production process, and output of the workflow process?
- Timelines: what are the milestones and the deadline of the project?
Based on those variables, we can discuss the manpower requirements as well as the infrastructure and tools needed to do the job.
Once we understand your requirements, we will start matching those with our capabilities and choose a service delivery model which will also determine if we will charge you per hour, per day, per month per deliverable or fixed fee for the entire project. We will openly discuss with you who amongst our staff will be involved in the project and you are free to meet these people and screen them for their capabilities. In some cases, we might even be willing to execute a demo project to further convince you that we can take on the project and deliver good results.
Once your project is clearly defined and we have worked out the delivery model, we can move to the next step where we send you our proposal and sign our agreement.
