Small Project Outsourcing

Our solutions finder officially ranks a project as a small project when it requires less than one (1) fulltime employee for a six-month period. We further categorize small projects based on the type of requirement:

• Deliverable-based Projects - You require a specific output which can either be creative work such as a web design, a set of articles for your site, Flash animation or banners; or non-creative work which for instance can be a data processing project or a marketing report.
• Manpower-based Project - You have a manpower requirement whereby you for instance need a fulltime employee for a very limited duration or a part-timer.

Depending on your requirements, we will either forward you to one of our in-house services groups, or look for outside resources to meet your requirements.

• Talent Pool - Our Creative Services Group and Project Services Group are both comprised of versatile, highly skilled, and highly experienced individuals who can tackle any deliverable you wish to outsource. We also have an extensive database of freelance workers.
• Cost - You'll be getting quality output at costs far less than their domestic equivalents. Furthermore, you'll have the option to pay hourly or monthly salaries, or negotiate a fixed price for the entire project.
• Scalability - Whereas most other service providers would require you to package other services for it to be big enough, there is no project that is too small for us to handle.
• Project Management - In addition to MicroSourcing's own project management capabilities, you will have communication and monitoring tools at your disposal to ensure quality output and timely delivery of all requirements.

If your project is manpower-based and we need to facilitate a recruitment process, the setup will follow our offshore staff leasing model. Otherwise, your project is deliverable-based and will likely be forwarded to an available in-house services group as demonstrated in the following setup process:

There are a number of pricing models we can use for small project outsourcing:

• Hourly Rates - For many of our manpower-based small projects, we will charge a fixed hourly rate. For more details, view our Hourly Rates Pricing.
• Monthly Rates - If you have a manpower requirement for at least a one-month duration then we would charge you a fixed fee per month. For more details, view our Monthly Fees.
• Fixed Contract Price - For deliverable-based projects, we will commonly quote a fixed rate for the entire project.
