Summary
Our solutions finder defines small project outsourcing as requiring less than one (1) fulltime employee for a six-month period. We further categorize small project outsourcing based on the type of requirement:
- Deliverable-based Projects - You need to outsource a project which can either be creative work such as a web design, a set of articles for your site, Flash animation or banners; or non-creative work which for instance can be a data processing project or a marketing report.
- Manpower-based Project - The project you want to outssource has a manpower requirement whereby you need, for instance, a fulltime employee for a very limited duration or a part-timer.
Depending on your requirements, we will either forward you to one of our in-house services groups, or look for outside resources to meet your requirements.
