We have different pricing models which we apply to different types of outsourcing services. Below we give an overview of our most commonly used pricing structures.
Offshore staff leasing is one of our most popular services and it is used by our clients to set up offshore teams or larger scale virtual captives. We will charge you a fixed fee per employee per month based on the following formula:
Fee per employee per month = employee salary + benefits + management fee more details
This is a very simple and transparent pricing structure. You will know exactly how much your offshore team members are getting in compensation and you will be able to budget the costs of your offshore team to the penny. Below is a table of sample pricing that will give you an idea of the pricing per role:

NOTE: The prices given above are all inclusive pricings that already include salary, benefits, and the management fee. These prices are based on average prices as we use them for our billings. In reality, the price will be determined by the staff you choose and their compensation package and the extent to which we have to customize the working environment.
We also offer small project services for clients who require at least one fulltime employee for a six-month period. For such projects, we either work with a fixed price for the entire project or we can make our staff available at a fixed hourly rate. Below is our average rate card:

NOTE: The prices above are indicative. In reality, we would present you to our staff members who are available to work for you on an hourly basis. Each of these staff members would have their own rate card and you are free to choose the staff member whom you want to contract.
We are open to pricing models that differ from the monthly fees and the hourly rates given as standard pricing models on this page. There are a few options you might consider:
Production-based Pricing
Many projects will have a clearly defined deliverable that is easy to measure and monitor. A good example would be data processing where each processed record could be seen as a production unit. In this type of project, you might want to go for a production-based model in which we get compensated for every unit produced. This would fully align all interests and would guard you from production inefficiency costs.
Fixed Project Price
For smaller projects, you might want to just agree on a fixed price for the entire project. A good example would be a fixed price to redesign your logo or a fixed price to write 50 new articles for your website. Fixed project pricing could also be applied to larger projects.
Cost-based Pricing
For clients who are looking to set up larger and more complex offshore operations like virtual captives, we also offer the possibility of full cost-based pricing. We would set up the entire operation including all infrastructure and manpower and fully disclose all the costs. On top of the costs, we would charge a management fee. This is very similar to our staff leasing pricing which is already cost-based and fully transparent. In full cost-based pricing, we would take this even further by doing separate accounting for your project and disclosing all the costs of your operation. Full cost-based pricing is an excellent model for a company looking to start by setting up a virtual captive with MicroSourcing with the possibility of a transfer of ownership to the client at a later stage. This process is called Build-Operate-Transfer.
