Standard Pricing Computation
We use a very simple pricing structure that gives maximum cost transparency and cost control to our clients:

Just to explain this in more detail: in our standard
Staff Leasing 
solution, we will charge you a fixed monthly fee per fulltime employee per month. This makes sense since employees are exclusively working for you on a fulltime basis. The fee computation consists of three parts:
- Salary
The exact salary of your team member. This is simply the US Dollar (USD) equivalent of the salary your team member is earning per month in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- Benefits
The costs of the benefits your employee is getting. These benefits consist of mandatory Social Security contributions and the standard benefits package offered by our company to all our employees. During the Recruitment and Selection
process, you will be using our web tool MicroResumes
which will provide you with an exact list of the costs per benefit.
- Management Fee
A fixed markup of $575 that covers the costs of our office space, workstation, hard- and software, telecommunications infrastructure and the costs of our HR, Technical Support and Management Team.
As you can see, this is a very simple and very transparent cost structure. You will know exactly how much your offshore team members are getting in salary and benefits and you will be able to budget the costs of your offshore team to the penny.
Indicative Pricing
As you can see from our standard pricing formula given above, the price per fulltime employee per month really depends on the salary we will pay the employee. The table below gives you an idea of how much you would have to pay in practice for different job roles at different levels of expertise.

The Standard $575 Management Fee
Our standard management fee is based upon the standard execution of our
Staff Leasing 
solution. To make sure you fully understand what you are getting for this management fee, we will list down what is included in this standard package:
- Office Space
Your offshore team members will be housed in our Offices
in the CyberOne Building inside the Eastwood Cyberpark in Manila. This building includes centralized air conditioning, excellent ICT backbone and 24/7/365 security and building administration support.
- Workstation
Our standard workstation consists of: 120x80cm desk, fully adjustable leather chair, desktop PC and 17" monitor, headset, speakers, webcam, Windows XP, Norton Internet Security and Open Office. The hardware specifications of the PC are at least a Pentium 4 with 1GB of RAM and an 80GB harddisk. As explained below, there are various ways in which you can upgrade the workstation hard- and software configurations.
- Connectivity
Shared high speed internet connection with an active backup connection in case of down-time or latency of the main line. Furthermore, your team members are able to use our telephones, faxes, printers and scanners for free within reasonable limits. As explained below, you can opt for private lines and network upgrades.
- Recruitment & HR Management
Our HR team will perform all recruitment and selection tasks involved in building up and expanding your offshore team. Our HR team will report on attendance using automated fingerprint scanners, holiday and sick leaves, inform you about upcoming public holidays, report on work attitude and handle all other HR-related tasks.
- Technical Support
Our Technical Support team will assure that all workstation hard- and software and telecommunication infrastructure is up and running at all times. Additional software installations of hardware modifications will be performed by our support engineers free of charge.
- Operational Management
Our project managers will coordinate with you to monitor general team performance and they will make sure any requests you may have are executed as soon as possible. Their responsibility is to make sure your offshore team is running smoothly and that both you and your employees are happy with the way things are going.
Alternative Pricing Models
The pricing structure presented above applies to our
Staff Leasing 
solutions. As explained in our

section, staff leasing may not be the most appropriate

Telecommunications Upgrades
As explained, the pricing above comes with our standard work station and shared high speed internet connectivity. Your project might require higher bandwidth, a virtual private network or other telecom upgrades. We do not add any markups to these upgrades and we will simply charge them to you directly as they are charged to us by the third party provider. Here are some options and their indicative pricing:

These indicative prices are based on our own experiences with some of our own providers. You are free to suggest or select other third party providers. As explained, these costs are billed to you directly.
Software and Hardware Upgrades
Similar to the telecommunications upgrade, we will not charge any additional fees for any software or hardware upgrades you might require. In fact, you are free to purchase these upgrades yourself and our engineers will install them for you for free. Soft- and hardware upgrades can also be leased from us in which case we will retain ownership of the requested upgrade and simply charge you a lease fee which we will add to our management fee.
