Pricing Computation
We will charge you a fixed fee per month per employee based on the following formula:
Fee per employee per month = employee salary + benefits + management fee
There are the components of this formula:
- Salary
This is the base salary of your offshore staff member. This will be fully disclosed during the recruitment and selection process and you can freely discuss this with the candidates you will meet. - Benefits
These are the governmental and company provided benefits provided to your offshore staff member. Together with the base salary this forms the compensation package. - Management Fee
The management fee covers all operational expenses such as the office space, workstation, infrastructure and all the overhead costs of your offshore employee. This will be described in more detail below.
As you can see, this is a very simple and very transparent cost structure. You will know exactly how much your offshore team members are getting in salary and benefits and you will be able to budget the costs of your offshore team to the penny.
What is included in the Management Fee?
As you can see from the formule above, the direct employee costs are directly charged to you as part of the monthly fee. This means that all other costs of setting up and managing your offshore staff are covered by the management fee:
- Office Space
Your offshore team members will be housed in our offices in the Eastwood Cyberpark in Manila, the Philippines. This is truly grade A office space with centralized air conditioning, excellent ICT backbone, and 24/7/365 security and building administration support. We have a fantastic line of systems furniture that enables us to easily cluster workstations and install sound dampening panels and other upgrades. Our standard workspace consists of a 120x75cm tabletop and a fully adjustable highback chair. - Hardware & Software
Our standard hardware configuration consists of a high spec desktop PC with a 19" LCD screen, headset, speakers and webcam. Our standard software package consists of Windows XP Pro, Protection Suite and Open Office. - Internet & Telecom
In our standard package your offshore staff will be given general highspeed internet access. Your staff will have access to shared telephone lines, conference phones and fax machines. - IT & Technical Support
Our technical support team is available 24/7/365 to make sure that any technical issues are resolved as soon as possible. - Human Resource Management
Our HR team will manage all HR aspects of your offshore staff such as compensation and benefits, attendance, attitude and performance monitoring, training, succession management and employee relations. - Operations Management
Our operations group will work together with you on setting up the workflow, metrics and performance indicators. It is their responsibility to make sure that your offshore staff performs well and that you get a good return on investment.
