What is Outsourcing?
Many companies lack the in-house skills to take on small creative projects like designing a logo, a brochure or redesigning their website. It is often a one-time requirement and it makes no sense to take on a full-time employee. For these types of projects, the Creative Services Group enables them to lease a creative professional on a fixed price per hour basis.
How it WorksWe have a special department at MicroSourcing called the Creative Services Group (CSG). The CSG consists of highly talented and creative full-time professionals. To compliment this group, we have a large network of freelancers with very specific skill sets and we can contract them on a per project basis to assist us in projects where we cannot find all the necessary skills within the company. The CSG is capable of taking on a wide variety of creative projects like website designs, graphic designs, Flash designs, copywriting, and other multimedia projects. There are two basic options for working with our CSG: we can either perform your project at a fixed price or you can simply lease some of our staff members for a set period of time.Learn more:

PricingHourly RatesMembers of the CSG can be leased at a fixed rate per hour. During the agreed on working schedule, they will work for you and you can directly coordinate with them through chat, phone or email.
