How it WorksMost of our clients come to us with a certain manpower requirement in mind. Ideally, this manpower requirement would consist of at least one full-time employee for a longer period of time so that we can offer our standard Staff Leasing services. We can imagine though that you are looking to outsource a task that is simply not big enough to warrant a full-time employee in which case our Part-time Staff Leasing services would be better. In other cases, you may need full-time employees for a limited period of time. In such cases, we can offer you a short term staff leasing agreement for full-time employees. For example:

PricingWe will charge you on a fixed fee per employee per month basis. This fee is computed as follows:Fee/FTE/Month = (Salary + Benefits) + Management Fee We will send you an invoice monthly and this will be a simple sum of all the fees of your offshore employees. Learn more:
