This is the ideal solution for companies which need offshore employees who will work on small projects for a short period of time.
How it WorksMost of our clients come to us with a certain manpower requirement in mind. Ideally, this manpower requirement would consist of at least one full-time employee for a longer period of time so that we can offer our standard Staff Leasing services. We can imagine though that you are looking to outsource a task that is simply not big enough to warrant a full-time employee. In such cases, we can often offer you a staff leasing agreement for part-time employees. For example:

PricingHourly RatesPart-time employees can be leased at a fixed rate per hour. During the working schedule, they will work for you and you can directly coordinate with them through chat, phone or email. The rates depend on the salary of the staff you select to work with.
