Your involvement in the recruitment process as well as the operational management of your team is completely up to you. We will charge you on a fixed fee per employee per month basis. This fee is computed as follows:

Fee/FTE/Month = (Salary + Benefits) + Management Fee

We will send you an invoice monthly and this will be a simple sum of all the fees of your offshore employees. For more information, please visit our pricing section.
