What is Outsourcing?
All our work so far has been in preparation for this magical moment: the go-live. If the people in your team are new-hires, then our own internal orientation will have typically be conducted before the project go-live. This internal orientation handles MicroSourcing specific rules, regulations and policies. We also try to make sure that the first day of live operations is fully dedicated to the actual start of project work.
Our operations group will have been in coordination with you on how to handle the first working day. For most projects, there will be a training period in which your team is trained in the workflow processes and any systems or programs that they need for their work. Training delivery can either be done by the client themselves or in cooperation with officers from the Operations Group. The Operations Group will be there to ensure a smooth start of project operations.
