Offshore Staff Leasing - Setup Process

Step 1: Requirements Analysis

The first step is to analyze your requirements and work out a project brief that provides all the answers to the basic questions about your project.

Most of our clients use offshore staff leasing to either augment, compliment or replace a domestic operation. In any case, we need to look at your business processes and identify which ones you are looking to set up offshore. There are always a lot of questions that need answering but they mostly revolve around the following key project variables:

  • Manpower: how many people do you need? What skills do they require? What hours do they need to work?
  • Working Environment: what hardware and software will your offshore team need? What do they need in terms of telecommunications and networking infrastructure? What security measures should we put in place?
  • Operations Management: what are the workflow processes? What do you require from us in terms of day to day operations, quality control and overall operations management? Who will be the main contacts on our side and your side and what communication structures will we setup?

We have tools in place that will provide us with a structural approach on getting all the project variables sorted out.
