Offshore Staff Leasing - Setup process

We will use the staffing plan to create a cost sheet that will break down all the costs for the offshore staff you are looking for. As explained in the pricing section, we will compute a fixed monthly fee per employee. The cost sheet will give a break down of the base salary, benefits and services fee per job profile. The direct manpower costs are all estimates based on our knowledge of the Filipino labor market. The actual price you will pay per employee will depend on the salary and benefits of that particular employee and all those details will be shared with you.

We will send you our draft Services Agreement which clearly defines our terms of service. This document will not discuss any operational details yet as these will be defined and drafted at a later stage in a project outline document.

Our manpower acquisition team will source for candidates for your job profiles. We will run our standard screening process for each candidate which will include an English language test, essay questions and an interview with one of our recruitment specialists. Based on the results of these initial screenings they will start endorsing candidates to you. You are welcome to interview the candidates yourself or have them take any test or sample assignment that you deem necessary to make your choice. In the end you can tailor make the entire screening and selection process and be as involved as you want.

Our IT Department will work with you on getting all the necessary infrastructure in place. They will assign office space to your team and setup the workstation hardware. If you have any specific server or networking requirements then they will put this in place too. In some cases this may need coordination with your own IT team to make sure that your offshore team is fully plugged into your domestic operations.

Our Operations Group will contact you to discuss your operations management needs. You will be introduced to the supervisor or supervisors that will be assigned to your team and together with them you will establish your team's training needs, their key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics and a reporting structure and management framework. The operations group will be your eyes and ears on the ground and they are there to represent your interests.

With the manpower, infrastructure and operational support well defined we can now draft a project document that outlines the exact description of all the resources MicroSourcing will be providing you with. Together with the terms of service which you signed in step 3 these will form the service agreement documents for our engagement.

With everything in place, your offshore team is finally ready to start working for you. Prior to the first working day they will receive our standard MicroSourcing induction orientation. On the first day the Operations Group will receive your offshore staff and start operations. In many cases this would include a training program and orientation on your company and the workflow processes.

Our operations supervisors will be your main points of contact for the day to day operations of your offshore team. Our involvement in daily operations will really depend on the operations management structure we agreed on in step 6 of the process. In general they will make sure they understand your expectations and operational goals and they will do whatever they can to make sure that those expectations are met and exceeded.
